Each year, the school works towards identified priorities on a school development plan. Typically, there are three priorities that are the main focus for the school, alongside all the other work that goes on. They are decided based on a combination of reasons, including: the analysis of national, local and school data; projects or ventures the school is involved in; areas targeted for development and other reasons.
